Sales Executive

Micropress is a leading and innovative company within the print industry, on the verge of launching one of the world’s most cutting-edge printing presses. We are a leader in the UK offering marketing solutions to many high street brands. With a workforce of over 195 employees and a state-of-the-art factory in Reydon, Suffolk, we are expanding our market share in the UK and looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to drive our growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Campaigns: Identify high-potential market sectors and develop targeted sales campaigns to educate and engage prospective customers.
  • Engage Prospects: Effectively communicate the unique value of partnering with Micropress as a print supplier, setting us apart from the competition. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and persuasively.
  • Client Retention & Follow-Up: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects through proactive follow-ups, nurturing repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Engage with decision-makers via outbound calls, generating new leads. Actively prospect businesses to expand Micropress’ market share.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with account management and workflow teams to ensure a smooth sales process and a team-focused approach to print projects.
  • Commercial Awareness: Assess project feasibility and profitability, ensuring alignment with our manufacturing processes. Use sound judgment to pursue opportunities that benefit both customers and business growth.
